HSRT- AD Exam Registration
Applicants for admission to Northwest Technical College’s Traditional RN, Practical Nursing and Cardiac Sonography must take the HSRT-AD exam and pass with a 70 or higher.
The HSRT-AD measures critical thinking and quantitative reasoning skills necessary to meet study requirements and achieve success in a health science degree program.
Before You Register
Please review the following before completing registration:
✔ Exam fee: $50, payable at check-in on the day of your exam.
✔ Cancellation policy: A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required. Cancellation requests must be emailed to proctor@ntcmn.edu
✔ Attempt limit: You may take the HSRT-AD exam a maximum of two times per admission cycle.
✔ No-shows & late cancellations: No-shows or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may result in additional fees or future testing restrictions. Please refer to the full HSRT policy for details.
✔ Application deadlines: Your HSRT-AD exam must be completed before your program's nursing application deadline.
✔ Retest policy: A minimum of 14 calendar days must elapse between HSRT-AD exam attempts. Scheduling an exam before the required waiting period may result in cancellation of your appointment.
