Applicants will be required to upload digital copies of their HSRT or Approved TEAS exam report and proof of CNA and proof of active BLS/ CPR as part of this application. Please ensure you have legible electronic copies of these documents ready before you begin.
Important Notice: It is the applicant’s sole responsibility to upload clear and readable documents. Illegible, incomplete, or corrupted files will not be reviewed, and the Nursing Admissions team is not responsible for interpreting, reconstructing, or verifying unclear submissions. Applications containing unreadable or missing documentation may be considered incomplete and therefore ineligible for review.
BLS/CPR Certification An active BLS CPR certification is required. Accepted certifications must:
Be issued by American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC)
Be BLS Provider or BLS for Healthcare Provider
Cover infants, children, and adults
Include AED use and obstructed airway management
Include a written test component
Note: AHA Heartsaver cards are not accepted.
