This application is for licensed LPNs seeking admission to the Spring 2027 RN program start. Please review eligibility requirements before submitting.

Proof of active LPN licensure is required. Please upload a clear and legible copy of your license. Incomplete or unreadable documents will not be reviewed and may result in ineligibility.

Applications will be reviewed and ranked after the application closes on June 1, 2026. Application decisions will be released on July 1, 2026.

To be eligible for review in the LPN Step-In program, applicants must:

Be admitted to Northwest Technical College
Complete (or be enrolled in) all seven required prerequisite courses
Hold an active, unencumbered LPN license
Earn a minimum prerequisite GPA of 2.76

Applicants who do not meet these requirements at the time of application closure will not be eligible for ranking.

Eligibility Acknowledgment
